Once again ProjectPro conducted a whole day workshop at Stanford IT Learning last July 25, 2019. The event was part of ProjectPro’s campaign by making the clients with active local maintenance support updated on the current version of Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM). Also, to have them them experienced EPPM on the cloud, whether they are an experienced P6 Planner or even they are a novice P6 user.On the right, Engr Mark Anthony Espiritu sharing the brief background of Primavera P6 and understanding the Standalone and Enterprise  Application. On the left, Engr. Neil Dominic Arpon, ME discussed about P6 Web Dashboard and Portfolio Management.

The topics discussed were all about background of Primavera P6 and P6 Web Dashboard and Portfolio Management. And they also experience creating activities from start to finish, especially on designing a dashboard and portfolio based on what they needed and utilizing the P6 Web. On the other hand, P6 let you see if you are behind schedule, based on the values displayed on the Dashboard, you will know the severity and what needs to be done. In this case, you will be able to add more resources at it, increase the budget, change the calendar; constraints or durations, or possibly change relationships in a project for more parallel works to happen with Start to Start logic links.

The attendees of the workshop are composed of 10 participants from six (6) companies from NLEX Corporation, South Negros Biopower Inc., Millennium Erectors Corporation, SMC Mass Rail Transit 7, Inc., Dreambuilders Pro, Inc. and E. E. Black, Ltd.
