ProjectPro Inc. once again hosted at the Philconstruct Technoforum event last October 9, 2015 in SMX Convention Center, Pasay City with the title “Leverage to Sound Business Through the Latest Solutions in Project Management.”  There were 94 attendees from 35 companies who became part of the successful event.

 

The first topic discussed by Ms. Donna Ureta was the “Solutions in the World of Project Management Today.”

 

Mr. Gerald Divinagracia, the second speaker, talked about “Effectively predicting your project by leveraging the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBoK).”

 

“Utilizing Technology for Advance Project Management Methodology” was shared by Engr. Leonard Esber. The topic includes the best practices for contractors, project owners for vertical and horizontal projects and Project Management tools (Scheduling, 4D Planning, Hand-over Inspections)

 

The last speaker, Engr. John Relleve, spoke about “Measure Success by Estimating Projects Successfully” which broached the common pitfalls faced by estimators and adaption to digitized and automated cost estimating practices.
